Signing up for an account is free. In order to make a reservation, you must sign up for an account with your email. Link to the sign up page is in the footer and header of the site.
Once an account has been created and verified, you will have the ability to reserve one of the products listed on our site. Upon reserving your dates and paying the full amount, we will coordinate with you on dropping off the items you've selected. Please make sure to add the shipping address you wish to have the products dropped off at. If you need us to meet you at PDX, please make sure to check the box on the product page, as it will be an additional $15 fee. Bottom line - we're here to make it easier for you. Welcome to Oregon!
Absolutely. We're intentionally marketing out of town visitors as traveling with kids tends to be quite an ordeal, but if you live in the area, feel free to sign up for an account and rent one of our products listed on the site.
Shipping & delivery is free, with the exception being PDX airport. If you require delivery at PDX airport, please check the box on the product page to initiate a one time $15 delivery fee.
Technically no. We are piloting this program in Oregon first, but if you land at PDX and have plans in Idaho / California / Washington etc., that works too. Just make sure you provide us with the correct dates and we will take care of the rest.
Yes, we follow a very rigorous cleaning process to ensure proper disinfection.
We will need to first assess the damage, then determine next steps. If the damage is beyond repair, a reimbursement will need to be made on behalf of the renter.
